I just finished printing both Gantry Spacer parts with the recommended infill settings of 55%.
Is it OK that the “winged” parts on the side are hollow like this? They flex quite a bit (one more than the other), but don’t crack off easily.
My opinion, should be ok. They are there just to hold the other side snug against the inside of the pipe until the bolt/nut is snug. Once it's tightened up they serve no purpose.
