Another idea, solution for Y-Axis not moving straight

If you run into trouble with Y Axis not moving straight. Maybe this will help. I used the Roller Bearing 1" ID.

I bought it from local store. With 1" ID it should be fit perfectly with 1" OD stainless steel tube. Check some local store or buy it on Amazon will easy for return.

Thanks… I was able to make out the model number from it (SCE1616) and googled it. I was initially thrown off by the shape of the ‘1’.

I looks like they stay in place because they just fit into the gap in the rolled edges of the unistruct, correct?

Yes. The roller bearing keep Z axis stay parallel on both side by stick into gap of Unistruct.
