Any parts built of MPCNC by milling?

has anyone made any parts of the MPCNC by cutting? I would think you could make much stronger accurate parts by milling.

Not so far that I know of other than the roller motor mounts (awesome upgrade!). These parts really were designed with 3D printing as the “manufacturing” process. Mill-able parts would require a lot more hardware and at that point you should probably get more rigid rails as well…then the ball gets rolling and when do you stop spending money?

I’m working on more optimized geometry and parts now.

Ryan… what benefit would I get from milling my own aluminum roller mounts like you did in your video?
What thickness of aluminum is that? have you posted the files for those anywhere? i may be interested in printing some of those out if they make a bit difference.

I think that is all answered here, https://www.v1engineering.com/forum/topic/aluminum-mounts/.
