Using simple liner pen I’ve made a T-shirt with the Banksy panda. Printing time was about an hour, line width .3mm. The main problem is to place tissue. A Styrofoam hoop did the trick for me.
I ordered a set of thin textile markers for such works but usual liner is perfect.

That is pretty sweet. You can also use a drag knife and cut out transfer material and if it is something about that size you can transfer it with an iron.
