I am building a LR2 and got it moving last night. I am looking for ideas on cable management.
Table is 45"x48"
Board is a Rambo 1.4
I am currently using series wiring but might go with dual end stops at some point.
I put “Phoenix” style connectors on my motors to get rid of the duponts and have solderless & removable plugs. I ran the cables through some relatively small and cheap cable chains I picked up from Amazon, one that goes across the x and another that goes down the y to my control box.
I think the typical setup is to just attach your controller to a yplate and run the wires through the SS tubes. Check out the tape measure trick instead of a drag chain for the gantry.
