Can LowRider be made to work on 8' x 8' table?

I’m working to level a slab of wood that is a little over 7’ x 7’. I think it’ll be hard to work a router sled consistently at that size so I was thinking something more automated like a LowRider would work but obviously it’s not designed for that size.

Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on if a LowRider could be adapted to that size? Would it help if I’m not doing fine work but just leveling passes? Could I measure the bow across the span and account for it software by adjusting the z-axis during leveling passes?

Also open to any other ideas on how to level something that large.

Doubling the width will quadruple the sag in the middle. Something like this might help a bit with that: https://youtu.be/2ixkoNZFQb0

As for compensation you could do some mesh bed leveling in the firmware which could help with some of the error. Isn’t going to make the gantry less of a trampoline, though.
