Do i understand this correctly. I only have 3 stepper drivers on my Ramps 1.4.

Do I need to purchase 2 more drivers to make this work?

Does V1 sell just the drivers for the Ramps 1.4

I didnt see them.

I like to purchase them from V1 so I know I will get the right ones

Can you tell me what the part is.

and possibly where I can find them.

Like I said I don’t want to guess and destroy this board.

Any help is appreciated.

I have always suggested a drv8825, you can buy real ones from pololu, or take your chances with an import.

Which file do I download for Dual Endstops for the Ramps 1.4. I have the All thread on the Z axis.

When I go to Gethub, I only see Dual Endstops for the T8 which I understand is not the one I want.

The steps per mm will need to be changed for the Z axis.

I have the ramps 1.4 for V1. I am trying to flash the firmware.

but I keep getting this error.

Arduino: 1.8.4 (Windows 10), Board: “Arduino/Genuino Mega or Mega 2560, ATmega2560 (Mega 2560)”

fork/exec C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\tools\avr/bin/avr-gcc.exe: The filename or extension is too long.
Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Mega or Mega 2560.

This report would have more information with
“Show verbose output during compilation”
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Marlin 2 needs Arduino 1.9 (beta), I have all the info on the firmware page.

The 1.9 (beta) is on the arduino software page, about midway down on the right.
