Hello, I’m having difficulties finding the MGN12h (12mm) in my country and the International shipping would take longer. What I have available in the shops are rails of 15mm or 20mm. Are those acceptable for the project?

The MGN12 bearings are significantly smaller than the HGR/H bearings. I would try and find the intended bearings, changing them may be one heck of a rabbit hole to go down.

They will not fit without altering the XZ plates and this will also limit your Z travel.
