I finally created a gCode after switching to Chrome, but now I’m not sure what to do next. How do I go from gCode on my computer to gCode on my mini-Rambo?

Do you have an LCD? You can use an SD card to upload the file.
Otherwise you need to connect to your printer with something like Repetier-Host or remotely with a raspberry pi and CNC.js.
Here is that part using Some Old Guy Coding’s build:

Thanks! I had watched this episode a long time ago and had forgotten all about it. I had tried the SD card, but kept getting NO SD CARD. I thought I had a bad card, but I’ve been through 3 different cards that all did the same thing. It recognizes the card installed and removed, but on the second menu it still comes up with NO SD CARD.
Any thoughts?

What file extension name are you using? Try *.gcode if you haven’t.
Is there a secret to getting the LCD controller to display the files stored on a SDHC card? I have 2 new sd cards one formatted FAT32 and one not formatted with a xxx.nc file on them and both will indicate being inserted but will not list the files in the menu. I can manually move the axes via the controller.
I’m using all vicious equipment and have flashed with this file.

Not sure if this applies in your case to have a defective screen:
So, I finished my build probably back in August. I made a test successful test cut using gcode I downloaded through (I think) Repetier. I played around with it some, but I ended up having some communication issues. I tried using the SD card instead, but I could never get it to read the card. It would say “Card Inserted” on the main display when the card is inserted, but in the menu it would say “No SD Card” and on that menu, it would list a single “…” entry. The card is 2GB. It is formatted FAT …

Success! Ignore all after ‘I’m a dumba$$’… I put the fourth SD card in and it worked. Guess I should start throwing the old ones away… Thanks for all the help, Scrounge.

Great. I’m linking this new topic that discusses SD card quality, size, formatting, and the cables that might not be connected perfectly.
I have a weird problem from the beginning with my MPCNC: it doesn’t work with all of my SD cards.
The machine recognizes that a card is inserted, but when I try to print from SD it says “no SD card”
This doesn’t happen with all SD cards, I had two of them that were working just fine, so I was using them until now.
But recently, I lost one of them and the other one starts acting funny, with random stops during prints for no apparent reason. I’m not 100% sure this is because of the SD card but …
