I noticed today that Estlcam supports a threading operation. I haven’t looked into this in detail yet, but it certainly looks like a fun little project.
I could see making threads for assembly in a 3/4-10 size, and then manually threading a dowel.
So my question: has anyone created a threaded nut here? And if so, what does the bit look like? I imagine it’s a straight bit with little wings or something. Any links that people have used to source the bit required?
