Did you use a finish pass, if so how much material did you have it leave?
I had a finishing pass and I set the finishing allowance to 0.2mm
Maybe add a second finishing pass, or a “spring pass” as it’s sometimes called. Another thing to try might be using a conventional cut direction on the spring pass… but test first as holes may become too large.
