I bought mine a few weeks ago and it was prime. Home depot is at least pretending to have it. I just did a search on google shopping:

No, they had it at the time. That was only a month ago too!

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!
i found one used pretty cheap locally, it was full of plaster dust and the collet and collet nut were locked in place.
A bit of compressed air, wire brush and penetrating oil and its humming.
FYI you can get them from the dewalt serivce centers also but you are going to pay MSRP.
