If you’ve taken apart the Dewalt660 past just removing the 4 screws clamping the end cap on, say to replace brushes or for the heck of it, you’ve seen the long thin terminal pins that run power to the motor no? I completely remodeled my Dewalt, replaced the end cap pieces with my own design incorporating aviation connectors for quick swapping but I don’t like splicing together mains wires, so I ordered these:

And now my replacement wires have no splice points :slight_smile:

OK, Can you share a part number, or the company from which you purchased them?

And a picture of the end cap you designed, and maybe, if you’re willing, the files to allow it to be duplicated?

i found em on ebay, just search for dewalt660 terminals. You can see pictures of the design and the path i took to get there @ Strip down the dewalt 660?
