Dang, everything about that is impressive! Mostly, though, that welding. I am getting there with my tig, but I might not have a steady enough hand for that sort of thing.

That’s still some great work. How long do you think it took to mill and weld it all together?
I did it across 3 days, but It wasn’t the whole time.
How much did you remove each pass on the aluminum ? And what speed did you use ? I tried to engrave aluminum once and did not have much luck so would appreciate any advice. Thank you

.25mm with 1/8 and .15mm with the 1mm bit.
I dont remember what speeds though, I tend to adjust everything on the fly.
