my current setup is to have the extruder heater plugged in to d10, but according to my multimeter, no power being in received from d10 d9 d8 in 3d printer setup. any Ideas as to why this would happen.
On the green connector going to the ramps board, did you connect + and - to the other two connectors?

yep, I bought the kit from this web site so it came like that.

I just checked the wire and it wasn’t properly attached. i just fixed it and we’re testing now.
