First aluminum parts — Fixing/upgrading my Lowrider2 using my Primo

Well the sound was loud but not that bad. I secured it with a bench dog fence and some bench clamps. Having bench dog holes in your spoil board set up like an MFT and square to your set up is critical to repeatability and this kind of work. Here are the clamps. Amazon.com
You can put a piece of wood inside the tube and then clamp that to the surface. I probably should have video taped it. When I am back in the shop I will take a picture of how I clamped it so you can see how this set up squares in every direction. Sort of makes a difficult and frustrating task innocuous and rote.
