Could you save that one by gluing in some blanks & re-machining the areas for the neck & pickups? It’s getting mostly covered anyway. OR cut it larger and do an inlay and call it intentional.

It’s going to hang on my wall.

3D print some dummy pickups, knobs, and maybe a partial neck, and it’d be a great art piece, and not just a guitar body that never got finished. :smiley:

I can run your model through VCARVE if you’d like, seems to be very efficient on gcode and such.

Are you using these holes for locating the second surface or do you have another method?
