Built my first mpcnc yesterday. This is my first time delving into the cnc world and the instructions were pretty great. Tested out the crown and it looked good. Wanted to test out my accuracy so I did the Mayan calendar. I’m excited and nervous about using a router. Any advice for someone making that jump? Thanks
Wow. That calendar looks great.
Don’t worry too much about the router. Get a piece of hd foam and practice CAM on a few things. Get good bits. Test your feed and depth settings on any material before wasting a unique piece.
