Nice, can you imagine drilling all those by hand if you could find the right hole saw.
I deburred them with a step bit by hand. Except for the 7/8ths holes. My step bit doesn’t go to the next size, so I used a propane torch! I think if I ever make another set for some reason, I’ll try to figure out how to make an offset pattern instead of straight rows. Should make sifting work better.
