Has anyone tried a simple CNC shield for arduino and loaded GRBL as the firmware, then using estlcam for everything?

The key feature I am looking for is:
a better way of jogging the router around, say with a joystick or game pad.

Figured I would reach out to the user base before heading down the path myself.

The jogging is much more important with a very large machine that you can not physically move. With this one you just move it by hand to exactly where you want it.

But to answer your question, no I haven’t. I have one but never purchased the UNO to go with it.
