Halloween Project

I haven’t been around much lately because I’ve been working on a deadline and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to pull it off, so I’ve been super focused on completing this project. Some of these parts were made on my MPCNC and others were 3D printed, and other parts and assembly was just plain hand work (UGH!).

Now that this is finished I can get back to playing with my machine instead of using it!

Heck yeah!

My back is aching looking at it but the little one must be in heaven!

Wow. That’s awesome. What material did you make it out of?

Also, boo hard work! But it turned out great.

Mostly pink HD foam, and 1/2" plywood for key structural parts, and a bit of 1/8" hardboard, 3d printed parts, and paper for the tubes. And a ton of hot glue. I have a newfound respect for hot glue. I had never taken it seriously but I was really surprised at how well it can hold.
