Hey @vicious1 please help me i am facing the same issue with my heater its working when im directly connecting it to the 12 v power supply but doesn’t works when i connect it to D 10 port and as you mentioned above when i click on set temprature in my pc the D10 led doesn’t glow what should i do please help

Please start a fresh topic, this one is a year old and probably very differnt to your situation. When you do please tell us what board you have, where you got it, what firmware is on it (since I do not sell them with heaters enabled), and what you are building.
Ok so im using Arduino Mega 2560 with RAMPS 1.4 SHEILD with Marlin firmware everything else is fine but hotend and extruder are not working
I have not sold a ramps in ~5 years. Where did you get it from, what drivers are on it, and what firmware did you flash?
If you don’t know the answers to these questions a good start is posting a picture of your setup.
