Hello everyone! Here I’ll create a cnc me , but I have a question about Home, how does it operate since there have no endstop ? Im french thank you .
If you don’t have end stops then you can’t use home. Without endstops the general consensus is that you position the machine to what you want to be 0, 0, 0 and then reset or power cycle the arduino. When it re-initializes it will set the current location to 0, 0, 0. If you have an LCD interface you can use “Prepare->Set home offsets” item to do the same thing.
