Every cut is larger than the design by 1 inch… how can I correct this I have tried Estl Cam and Fusion pp. but can not get precise cut measurements. I think I need to Calibrate the X_Y_Z travels. But don’t know how. any Help?
There shouldn’t be any calibration. You flashed Ryan’s firmware correct? Make sure your pulleys are the right size.

Barry Hi: thanks for the respond, I purchased the board from v1 engineering. and it is pre - flashed I assume. As far as the pulleys, I think I have the right size, But just to make sure what size do I need. or how many teeth? can you please clear me on that? thank you.
