Inverted Print..... I think

I designed a part that looks like this ( CURA slicer pic) and it prints like this. As you can see the groove is on the wrong side.

Am I an idiot and am missing something really obvious, or is the print getting inverted somehow?

Either you mirrored it before you sliced it or your X axis is backwards. Preview the Gcode to see if the groove is on the correct side.

My first printer i had the x axis setup backwards and it would do this. My vote would be on an axis being backwards as it is easy to do, especially if this is your first printer build.
