Hi i bought the MPCNC kit about 2 weeks ago. I built it and wired it all up after following your instructions and the ramps board you sent me doesnt work because i see 2 bars on my lcd screen. you said you already put in the software in the board so i dont want to mess with the marlin settings. where do i go from here?
Can you post a picture of the back of the LCD display?
Make sure the cables are going in the right spots.
There should also be a small POT on the back of the LCD for adjusting the contrast of the LCD. You can try adjusting that.
That is not the screen the board is flashed for, you will need to change the firmware.
