I ordered a 300 mm screw and only made my z axis 12” long. So my screw is about an inch or so past the bottom of the z conduit. Should I cut it flush? Or make my z conduit longer or will it be ok?
The lead screw should be at least as long as the calculator specifies, but no longer than the bottom of the Z rails.
