Made some simple lightsaber hilt wall displays for a friend. Hopefully he will send me a photo when they’re mounted with the sabers in them.

Nicely done! How did you get such sharp corners on the writing?

Thanks, I used a 3.175mm flat down-cut endmill to rough out most of the lettering while leaving a very small amount of stock and then a 20° v-bit to make finish passes.
