No joke on that one. I have a framing square that is not even close…I used it for years always thought I was a horrible carpenter. Now I always check

Ok so I marked all four corners
And it was about 2 mm off diagonally

And when I was moving the mashine 2 times it just stopped and wouldn’t move anymore I had to turn off and on the mashine again until it would move and while trying to lift the mashine it would lift up then fall down and lift up again it just did that like 2 times then worked again and one side couldn’t lift it at all before it did that?
So, your Z is dropping?
Check these things:
- Check the grub screws to make sure the couplers aren’t slipping on the leadscrews
- Check that the drivers and controller aren’t overheating.
- Check that the wiring is still secure and nothing is loose.
- Check M122 (ideally after it skips) and see if it reports any temperature or open loop issues (ola/olb).
