m3.5 / 6-32 nylock nuts and scews

I can’t find m3.5 nylock nuts in the UK at a sane price.

The alternative of 6-32 nylocks and 6-32 x 0.75 screws can be done, but it too is expensive.

Has anyone got a supplier recommendation?

How bad would it be to use m3 for both screws and nylocks?

I think the more common replacement it is M4.search in the forum and you will find a lot of us using M4 instead of M3.5.

Using M4 indeed, just put a 4mm drill through the holes first.

works fine.
