I just came back from 4 hardware stores.
I’ve got everything except M3.5 screws
Even got M3.5 nuts but M3.5 x 20 is impossible to find.
It seems that it’s quite hard to find those here in SE Europe.
Can I use M4 screws?
Is there enough room to fit them?

M4 works great for me. M3.5 are impossible in Argentina also.

Yes, no problem with M4
If it doesn’t fit perfectly, just drill the holes a bit wider
