The bed size in the firmware is set to 600 by 600 mm, whereas the table is actually 500 by 500 mm. It didn’t help anyway.
That should have done it that is exactly what controls it.
That has to mean your steps per mm are not correct. The firmware will move 600mm before giving an error. If you have to move several times it thinks it went several times 600.
The steps set X Y Z = 100 100 1600. With manual movement, the axes move to the appropriate distances: +10 mm → the X axis moves to the right (Y axis forward) by exactly 10 mm. -10 mm in the opposite direction by 10 millimeters.
