This is the problem we see here all the time. There are several ways it can be connected, and I’m not sure what the right way is, but I just swap them around until it shows up. You might have to turn it off, swap a cable around, turn it on to check. It only “sends” updates, but it updates the whole thing at the startup.

I appear to be having the same problem and will try what has been suggested so far, but some help with the firmware would be appreciated if you can spare it.
only have the motor issue at the moment.
