MPCNC as 3d printer, rambo firmware

My apologies for creating this thread, there must be something I’m missing, but for the life of me I cannot find the firmware for an MPCNC as a 3d printer for the Rambo. I have searched and searched but can’t find it.

My machine is wired in series, and I need to use one of the 2 spare drivers to control the extruder axis… I’m not even trying to make a 3d printer, just a CNC epoxy dispenser. My plan is to create a post-post-processor to add extrusion commands based on where I need epoxy dispensed.

Does this firmware exist?

Kind Regards,

4 machines and counting

The MP3DP_Rambo is close. It might be a bit too fast.

That assumes the mk8 extruder, which has a heater. You may need to add a dummy thermistor or at least remove the cold extrusion check.

Damn Jeffeb3, I’ve seen you posting here since I started 3 years ago and you are still the one helping me out! Thank you.

No problem on the dummy thermistor. The MP3DP_Rambo has two Z axis, but they are off one driver. Is it no problem to only use one of the ports?

This looks like the move!

No problem. Those two ports are just wired in series.

Thanks! I will just let this thread die since my question has been answered

Thanks
