Mpcnc stepper wiring problem

Hi,
Quick question. I’m building a mpcnc and was wondering about the stepper wiring. So far I found two different version of the wiring online and I’m not sure which one is correct , or if there is no difference at all.
I drew a quick sketch with the two version and would really appreciate some advice.
I highlighted the main difference between the two versions.

Those both work. The right motor will spin in the reverse direction. We don’t worry about that detail, because you can also just flip the whole connector to reverse a stepper direction.
