Printed all the parts for two weeks and finally got to assemble this thing this weekend. I’ve added some pictures to show how the design progressed. I added a dedicated computer and monitor. Best part is that the whole thing is on wheels! Still a work in progress, so many possibilities.

Machine looks good if you have tolerance issues just take off the pvc tube. Might nork as is for you though.

The roller supporting the vac hose is a good idea. The very long PVC tube on which it is attached isn’t.
You better attach the hose lower, if possible around the middle of the router motor.
Other than this, it looks like a great setup. Not sure the sreen is big enough though… XD
