Not holding!

So when I built this cnc I used the mini rambo and when it was connected to repeiter the motors were all locked pretty tight. I’ve switched to an Arduino Uno and Cnc shield and when it’s connected to universal Goode sender the motors can be turned without a lot of force. (Doesn’t seem to hold)is this from UGS or will adjusting the pots help this?

I have never used that software but the firmware has not changed so it must be a software setting. Look for an M84 (disable steppers), and delete it. I set the firmware to hold (once enabled) for 6 minutes.

Arduino and cancel shield? So you’re using grbl? If so, make sure $1=255 to keep them locked once you connect.
