So I was looking through the instruction today when I realized that my parts that I had printed were the old parts.

I was curious what improvement they really offer. Are they must have parts?

Could I build the MP CNC with the old parts while I’m printing new parts and then just switch them out or does that defeat any kind of calibration or tuning that I might do?

Depends on how old your parts are. If they are the first ones I would stop and switch them now. Anything after that it depends on what you want to use the machine for.

The upgrades increased rigidity, a lot, and made square assembly easier.

Well then I’m sold. I need to reprint almost all my parts.
