that looks really cool! I’m using a 42"x96" solid core commercial door I picked up at the habitat re-store for $25. I attached 0.625inx3in primed MDF trim to the top to overhang the edge enough for 36" plus x axis usable and raise the Z to allow a waste board atop the door.
With 10’ super strut, looking at the calculator and the untrimmed belt ends, I might be able to increase the y-axis-usable to 104" without having to get more belt.

Oh heck, the superstrut is like $40 each after taxes. Also not as true as the MDF trim. maybe I could just get some more trim and use an orthogonal piece to support it beyond the end of the table. it’s like $4 - $6 per 12 ft piece.
