J’ai réalisé une MPCNC qui réagit bien aux commande de déplacement avec REPETIER, mais je ne sais pas comment transférer une création faite avec FUSION 360 dans REPETIER ?

You need to use CAM software to create a gcode file. Estlcam is a very good solution for this. See the milling basics page. There is CAM built into fusion. It is more complicated though. The postprocessor for fusion is linked at the bottom of milling basics.
