I was wondering if there is a way to handle this.
Can i setup the file so it lifts up higher when crossing over the piece? Say the piece isn’t perfectly flat and a little thicker in a section the router is dragging across it a little and cutting it some. Is there a way to tell it to lift up higher when crossing over a piece or is there another way to handle this?

Definitely a good community here. What do you have your clearance set at? Mine was 2mm I change to 10mm and didn’t add much more time on an hour cut only added less then minute I may go 20mm just to be safe or does that seem excessive?
I think mine is set to 5mm, so 10mm should be good.
