Possible Turbine Spindle Option 60,000 rpm

Not exactly sure what requires such a high rotational speed. I know PCB milling usually has pretty fast spindles but not that fast. Our Haas VF1 rarely goes above 5000 at work on aluminum and tool steel mostly.

Does it have good torque?
