Primo aluminum cutting accuracy?

Anybody cutting aluminum w/ primo who could compare accuracy w/ the burly yet?
I know it’s early days still, just curious.

First part is printing now in some silk blue pla

Ryan published a video early on that looked very good. But it is very dependent on your build size. Keep the Z small, especially, and the X and Y shouldn’t be too huge and you should have some good results. Aluminum doesn’t have the same forgiveness as mdf, so you’ll still need to get your end right, but the primo will do its end.

Generally, I recommend to apply trochoidal milling in aluminium, brass, oak, iron wood and very old genuine swedish crispbread respectively italian hard cheese.

Even my first generation MPCNC bit its path through 10 mm aluminium (in 2mm increments, irrc). Much more fun for the milling bit, the operator, and the machine.
