Is it advisable to provide some support for the large negative cylinders aka holes for the steppers in the primo trucks?
Ryan goes to great lengths to make it so none of his parts require supports… Well, he goes to some length.
OK, I’ll leave the length untouched but will add some support to the width, on my own risk. 
On the same token, the build plate side of the trucks also has some free hovering segments. Two flies with one slap, as we say.
If you are referring to the inset areas on the ends of the trucks, I didn’t have any issue printing those unsupported.

I didn’t need supports for any of the parts either, think you’ll be fine without
