Primo upgrade... and what an upgrade

I’m on my 3rd MPCNC in the past 10 months. This is by far the largest and sturdiest I’ve built. Went with 25.4mm version with stainless steel tubes for a work area of 780mm x 375mm. Also decided to go with the Makita vs. 500W brushless spindle - so far, night and day!

Also, huge shout out to Ryan on the parts’ design, assembly is a big improvement over Burly, thanks for all your hard work, which is one of the reasons I chose to buy the 3d printed parts from you.

Looking really good! Did you try it out without the middle supports first or did you add them from the beginning?

At 42 inches on the x-axis I was looking at about 1mm deflection (theoretical) in the middle so I planned on the supports from the beginning. Much easier to install them as you’re assembling the machine.
