Yes Mattercontrol is using Matterslice and Repetier is using slic3r.
This part came out fine. But so do most. until something im not seeing happens. I dont think it is any energy surge or loss as it is on a battery backup that would stop that.
So just a bit of follow up. I resized my machine down to a more realistic and manageable size. It is now 24x24 inches with the same 9.5 Z height. I also ran a second set of bars around the middle which seemed to help. The shifting, as best I can tell was from me printing too fast (around 50 mm/s) with a frame that wasn’t quite up to it. With these modifications and slowing down a little I am getting really good prints.
My next process will be getting this direct drive extruder off the bottom and putting a Bowden style extruder in to reduce that low end weight. So if anyone has a link to a good mount preferably with a fan please let me know!
