I have had my MPCNC since the beginning and I convinced a co-worker to build one and he printed everything using the 25mm files vs the 23.5mm. Does anyone know of a good cost effective option on the US for 25mm rails to keep my buddy from have to reprint everything?
I could be wrong. But I thought the US 3/4 inch stainless steel needed the 25mm prints. It is more expensive than the Conduit but a lot stronger and it looks better. (My opinion)
Again not 100 percent sure. But if it fits that would be my preferred option.
I kinda want to upgrade to that on my rebuild anyway since I need to go bigger now.

It just depends on where you are in the world. SS tends to be available in either 25mm or 1" (25.4mm). Conduit has been seen in all three OD’s. If you are looking for 25mm in the US I would look for SS, boat shops and metal suppliers. I think it is a common boat rail size.
