Printing on packaging

Ball point pen on brown craft boxes for the coasters I sell to a local record shop. While it takes 8 min to complete the print, the results are worth it and I can’t load the boxes into an inkjet printer. I made simple jig so I can quickly and reliably swap out for the next box.

That’s a tidy result! I like your pen mount- Is it spring at all?

Yes it uses the spring from in the pen to allow for a few millimeters of give. I’m having trouble finding where I got the model for the mount but I’ll post it if I find it.

That’s a pretty sweet idea! Professional looking, and dirt cheap!

Very nice! Another thing you can use you CNC for, I just finished my LR and working on learning the InkScape and Fushion 360. Can’t wait for that moment!

This is ingenious. between the cnc to make the item, a drag knife to cut out packaging, and a pen to draw on it… you’ve got all the bases covered.

Now if only there were a tool changer…hmmmm?
