Problem printing bottom corner

Ok Im about to loose it!

50+ prints in a row without problems but cant print the bottom corner with My Ender 3. 5 fails in a row.

Am I missing somthing?

Using Cura, standard Marlin settings från bugfix 1.1.*

When my prints look like that, one cause is poor bed adhesion. The print comes loose and all … breaks loose.

  1. clean build plate
  2. retram/lower printhead
  3. print with raft

One thing I have learned from my 3D printer is, even if it seems random, it is usually consistent. If something fails and I can’t see a reason why, it will still fail if I don’t change anything.

Try printing one at a time. Try cleaning the bed with isopropyl alcohol. Make sure your bed leveling is good. Maybe add a brim.

I switched to the original ender 3 plate which is much “stickier” than the aftermarket and it worked on the first try.

I guess that the part is relatively high given the area that is has to the plate and thats why other parts worked and this one failed.

Thnx for fast answer, now I’m on my way again!
