I’m having an issue with homing axis on my MPCNC. Using Repetier-Host X axis homes just fine but Y axis starts to home but then stops and the right stepper motor starts jerking and sets Y at zero at that position. I tried to send a video but apparently that won’t work. I can home it manually and then do my cut but I’m wondering why this is happening.

Most likely you either have the one switch wired wrong (The one that stops right away) or else the switch is disconnected from the mainboard.
M119 will tell you the endstop status, you can try triggering the switches with your finger to see if they are working correctly.
Had this exact issue. You might have the X1 and X2 mixed up. Try swapping. You can use m119 to see if they are correctly connected X1 endstops with X1 motor and vise versa
